The current research aims to mediate the role of professional ethics in relation to organizational culture and organizational growth of primary school teachers in Mamsani city. This research is in terms of practical purpose, in terms of the type of research method, descriptive information and correlational studies, which data collection was done in the field through a questionnaire. The statistical population is all primary school teachers of Mamsani city. The data collection tool in this research included a standard questionnaire. Statistical operations were performed using spss and amos software. A strong organizational culture can be effective in better performance and greater adaptation of employees to the educational environment and cause the growth and prosperity of educational organizations and their development. The results of this study showed that There is a significant relationship between professional ethics on the organizational culture of primary school teachers in Mamsani city (P=0.001.05 and r=0.598), professional ethics variable with a value of 0.61 on the organizational culture of primary school teachers in the city Memsani has a direct effect.

There is a significant relationship between professional ethics on the organizational culture of primary school teachers in Mamsani city (P=0.001.05 and r=0.598), professional ethics variable with a value of 0.61 on the organizational culture of primary school teachers in the city Memsani has a direct effect. There is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational growth of elementary school teachers in Mamsani city (P=0.001≥0.05 and r=0.601). The variable of organizational culture with a value of 0.56 has a direct effect on the organizational growth of elementary school teachers in Mamsani city. Professional ethics with a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture on the organizational growth of elementary school teachers in Mamsani city and also the z value is greater than the absolute value of 1.96. and based on the reported P-Value, it is significant at a level less than 0.05.

In the new system of globalization, we live in the age of information and media, an age in which information technology and mass media and virtual networks are considered an integral part of the lives of the audience of these technologies. The issue of transfer and absorption of technology in the third world is a complex category that has been around for years, both scientifically and in terms of cultural, political, and economic dimensions, not only in developing countries; Rather, it has occupied many western research societies and international organizations. On the other hand, national development is actually both the key to liberating nations from domination and dependence and the means to establish and consolidate it, because on the one hand, nations cannot stand on their own feet until they are developed, and on the other hand, until they are If they are not on their own feet and do not have a meaningful look inside themselves, they cannot develop, so the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of information technology in the national development of third world countries. In the upcoming review article, we will discuss the effective role that information technologies have on national development. First, we will give definitions of information technology and its types, and then we will examine national development and its dimensions.

The present research has been conducted to investigate the marketing displays, cross-promotion advertising and Iinterstitials advertising in pc games and its effect on attracting customers. The statistical population consists of gamers who are members of game groups in social networks as well as game nets of Hamedan province, the statistical sample of 384 people was calculated based on Cochran's formula. 23spss and smart pls software were used to perform statistical calculations. The validity value is calculated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which the obtained coefficient (0.981) confirms the high validity of the questionnaire. According to the results of statistical tests, marketing displays has a positive and significant effect on attracting banking industry customers. Also, there is no significant relationship between cross-advertising and Iinterstitials advertising in computer games and attracting bank customers. It is suggested that the managers and officials of the banking industry pay special attention to the marketing displays in attracting new banking customers.

Today, one of the main areas of village people's participation in the development of society is the creation of small businesses and entry into entrepreneurship or self-employment. Rural entrepreneurship as a basic approach parallel to the goals of rural development can greatly contribute to the development and progress of villages. Currently, according to the challenges in the country's villages such as unemployment, low productivity rate, inflation, indiscriminate migrations and the high level of poverty, it seems that the development and expansion of the payment of financial resources, including microcredits, is a way that can To lead to the development of these areas through increasing entrepreneurship among rural people. Therefore, the microcredit system is one of the solutions proposed in the last few decades with the aim of accelerating the investment process and strengthening the financial foundation and savings in rural areas and ultimately empowering the residents of rural areas. The present article examines the role of government microcredits on the development of rural entrepreneurship by using a library study. After presenting the research conducted by various researchers, it was concluded that according to the challenges in the villages of our country such as unemployment, low productivity rate, indiscriminate immigration and high poverty rate, it seems that the development and expansion of payment Financial resources, including microcredits, can lead to the development of these areas through increasing the entrepreneurial ability among rural people. Resistance training is one of the training methods that leads to muscle growth, functional improvement and injury prevention for athletes. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of twelve weeks dry-land resistance training improving swimmers records. The Present study was semi-experimental. The implementation of the present study, 60 young swimmers were selected and randomly divided into two training and control groups. The exercise group performed resistance exercises for twelve weeks. Absolute power, relative power, lower limb power and 100m free style record were analyzed. Multivariate analysis of variance (MANCOVA) test was used to compare the pre-test and post-test of two groups. Also, in order to compare the post-test of two groups, the correlated t-test was used. Paired t-test was also used to compare the pre-test and post-test of the training group to obtain the effect of resistance training. All statistical tests were performed in SPSS version 26.
